A name rooted in family history and a playful reminder that we are a BYOB establishment – “no vino”

Join us for takeout or dine in to indulge in our Italian cuisine, featuring a variety of N.Y. Style & Neapolitan pizza, house-made bread and fresh pasta, vegetarian and gluten free options, as well as classic Italian dishes.

We use 100% natural, non-gmo, unbleached, non-bromated wheat flour for our dough (NY Style pizza, heros, garlic knots, bread and all products) and Tipo “00” wheat flour from Italy for our Neapolitan pizza dough; come watch us fire them in our authentic, rotating Forza Forni wood burning oven.

On select evenings, enjoy a visual tableside pasta experience – cacio e pepe pasta prepared in our large Parmesan cheese wheel. Whether it’s date night, dinner with friends, or takeout done right, Novino brings together pizza, pasta, and warm hospitality.
